Keys must be picked up the Friday before the event no later than noon
Buildings must be inspected as soon as keys are picked up and all issues reported to the Police Jury Admin Office no later than 2:00 the same day - NO REFUNDS
Security is your responsibility and should be booked and paid directly through the Grant Parish Sheriff's Office
Buildings are rented "as is" - NO REFUNDS
If you are paying by check, payment must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event
Cash and money order payments are accepted the same day the key is picked up
Keys must be returned the following business day
If someone else inquires about the date you are holding, you will be asked to pay in advance to finalize the reservation
